Ten students from Year 7 visited the Centurion Golf Club for the Golf Sixes Academy.  They had the opportunity for some tuition from the club’s resident golf pro and play a 6 hole competition.  Half way round at the third hole the students met with four golf professionals, Sam Brazel and Scott Hend from Team Australia and Thorbjorn Olesen and Lucas Bjerregaard from Team Denmark (who were the eventual winners of the Golf Sixes tournament on Sunday).  The golf professionals were happy to meet with the students, sign autographs and even took their shots!   The students also had the opportunity to use the American Golf simulator and watch the professionals on the practice ground. Congratulations to Felix Stanley for being an individual prize winner.
